Presumption of Death under section 108 of the Evidence Act,1950.

In a landmark decision on 24 February,2021 the FEDERAL COURT comprising YA Nalini Pathmanathan, YA Zaleha and YA Rodzariah delivered a decision in my client’s favor in a land recovery case brought by an individual against my client, Madam C Mageswary.  We won on a single question of law via zoom.
