Another victory at Magistrates Court 9,(Criminal Division) at Jalan Duta,Kuala Lumpur this morning. Our client, Muhammad Kanan Mustaqim Bin Abdullah, an OKU was acquitted and discharged on a criminal charge by the Magistrates Court today. Magistrate Puan Mageswary Subramaniam ruled that the prosecution failed to prove a prima facie case against our client. Bail to returned forthwith. Case went on for almost 2 years with 5 prosecution witnesses, all of whom are police personnel. Happy ending. Client is now a free man. Thank you!
