Mother and child were reunited after almost one year of separation. High Court Seremban granted custody, care and control to my client, Subashini. The Child was all along with her father – my client’s husband after separation. With the Order of the High Court, I personally wanted and ensured that the child was handed over to the mother forthwith. The Court also ordered RM 2000 per month as maintenance to be paid by the husband to my client and child.
