Article 5(3) of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia saved my client.

 ARTICLE 5(3) of the FEDERAL CONSTITUTION of MALAYSIA saved my client.

My client MOHD YUSNI BIN ABU KASSIM (42) a Police Koperal at Bayan Baru Police Station,Penang was charged with 3 counts of corruption under section 16 (a) and 17(a) of the MALAYSIAN ANTI CORRUPTION COMMISSION ACT,2009.My client was suspended from service from April,2015.

The 3 charges were;
1.For soliciting RM3000,
2.Agreeing to accept RM1500;and
3.Accepting RM1400.
