On 27 September,2018,a mother was acquitted and discharged from a murder charge without calling for her defence.
When the case for the prosecution was concluded, the learned High Court Judge of Shah Alam ruled that the Prosecution failed to prove a PRIMA FACIE CASE against my client on a charge of murder under section 302 of the Penal Code.
