Another victory at Lembaga Rayuan Negeri Selangor. Our client, our Precious Home Sdn Bhd was denied license, planning permission and a development order by Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya to operate an old folks home at USJ 1 Subang under the name of Pusat Jagaan Warga Emas. our client appealed against the decision of MBSJ to the Lembaga Rayuan Negeri Selangor. The Lembaga Rayuan after hearing all the parties (including an intervener, Persatuan Penduduk) and after reading their respective submissions, allowed our client’s appeal. Our client’s managing director Dr. Tan May Ngoh was extremely happy and can now continue to operate the home peacefully and for the betterment of all. Really a precious victory.
