Won Claim against an insurance company

Another victory at the Court of Appeal in Putrajaya, today. Personal injury road accident claim. Today, the Court of Appeal(3 learned Judges)allowed my client’s claim against an insurance company. My client, Mohamad Akram bin Anuar, 31 years old, was seriously injured in a road accident in Kota Baharu, Kelantan on 12 October, 2014. We lost in the Sessions Court and we again lost in the High Court in Kota Baharu. But finally, we won at the Court of Appeal today. Amazing. What a relief .Hard work pays .My client’s substantial amount of claim for serious head injury was today allowed with costs and interest after the learned Judges agreed with my submissions on liability(100%).Me with Mohamad Akram and family in the picture.
