Another victory today at Mahkamah Majistret 1,Johor Bharu. Six of my clients were given a discharge for a charge under S.365 of the Penal Code;for kidnapping with intent to wrongful confinement of a Singaporean. Charged in April 2019.Finally a happy ending. Bail money released
