32 families from Pundut Estate Setiawan, Perak received RM 8.6 million through a consent judgment in KL High Court. Civil suit filed by my firm on behalf of the estate workers in 2013 against NLFCS. Parties came to a settlement in the midst of the trial in 2016.It was a 23 year old battle by the ex employees of NLFCS over a 9 acre land dispute in Setiawan, Perak Each received RM 271,251.56 on Monday 13 March 2017. They were all very happy when I handed over the cheques to them.
